What are the check-in and checkout times?
Our official check-in time is from 2pm and our checkout time is 11am.
Kindly discuss any special requests with the front desk or Concierge.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Should you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Should you not arrive at the hotel, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. All cancellation reasons will be considered.
A mandatory 1% Tourism Levy will be charged to all guests.
All rates are inclusive of tax.
Who should I advise of my room preferences?
Our Reservations team will be happy to help you with any room preferences and requests; from pillow options, to your favourite soap. We are happy to assist with making every aspect of your stay as comfortable as possible.
Which airport is closest to The Twelve Apostles?
Cape Town International Airport, is located on the N2 highway, a 40-minute drive from the hotel.
What can you do to help simplify my onward journey from the hotel?
Our Concierge team can arrange transfers to the airport or your destination of choice, as well as assisting with online check-in and bookings. Contact us for prices.
If I drive to the hotel, where can I park my car?
We have secure, open air and underground parking on the hotel property.
Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets of knee-height and below are welcome in public areas and in certain bedrooms. We have, pet menus available in our Leopard Bar, as well as a range of pet beds and amenities. These can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. A refundable deposit is requested on arrival to cover any damages during your stay.
Can you recommend where to go jogging?
There are two opportunities, both of which are outside of the hotel; road-running on the beautiful Atlantic coastal road, from the hotel to Camps Bay; the other along the Sea Point Promenade (approximately 15 minutes from the hotel), where you can take in the beach and its surroundings.
Do you have a Spa?
Our award-winning Spa offers a full range of pampering and wellness treatments both indoors and in our outdoor Spa Gazebo, with amazing sea and mountain views. Visit our Spa page of the website for our treatment menu and facilities.
If you’re looking for something specific, there are several gyms in close proximity to the hotel. Please ask our Concierge to assist for details.
Which credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club.
Where are the nearest shopping centre?
The Victoria and Alfred Waterfront has many shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities and is a 20 - 25 minute drive from the hotel.
What activities are available at the hotel?
We have two heated swimming pools, a fitness centre and walk-on mountain trails directly from the hotel, in the lower sections of The Twelve Apostles Mountain range (bring along your running shoes). There is a sports buddy service, where we can arrange a running partner for you if you prefer road-running. In addition, a yoga instructor or personal trainer can be arranged to come to the hotel. What activities or tours outside the hotel would you suggest?
- Shopping Chauffeur - Our drivers know all the best places to shop. The service is charged at R650 per hour and a minimum of 4 hours is required.
- Winelands Tour - A private Wineland tour offers you more exclusivity and flexibility as the driver who is a registered tour guide, will be available exclusively for you.
- Peninsula Tour - Exclusive and flexible, these private tours offer a driver who is a registered tour guide. Your guide can tailor-make the tour to suit your preferences and requirements.
- Day Safari – Visit the Inverdoorn Game Farm, approximately 2 - 2.5 hours’ drive from the hotel. You will have the opportunity to see the Big 5.
Do you have a Golf Course?
No, but there are a number of excellent courses within a 25/30km radius of the hotel. Speak to our Concierge for more information.
What dining options are there at the hotel?
- Azure Restaurant offers a fine-dining experience with ocean views.
- The Café Grill offers a casual dining option with mountain views.
- The Leopard Bar offers sundowner drinks and High Tea By The Sea with ocean views.
- You can enjoy High Tea in The Conservatory with views of the ocean and mountain.
