Minimum Experience or Qualification:
Marketing Diploma or similar relevant qualification
Must have at least 2 years’ experience with a Luxury Brand OR in the Hotel/Travel industry
Experience using a variety of social media platforms both professionally and personally (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Google+)
Proficiency and experience in social monitoring tools
Computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Experience working with Adobe Photoshop – In Design experience strongly advantageous
Excellent command of the English language with solid verbal and written communication skills

Key Performance Objective:
To oversee and manage social media accounts (twitter, facebook, instagram and Google+) for the 3 properties in accordance with the company standards and liaising with the Content Manager at Central Marketing in London.
To assist the social media champions at the 3 hotels where required, implement training and new procedures and ensure that consistent, quality content is distributed.
To source content and supply the copy and images for the RCH blog, based on content required for email, website and social media campaigns.
To assist with proofing and authorizing third party advertising and PR campaigns where required. Supply images and text according to brand guidelines where appropriate.
To manage design requirements (both online and print) for hotels and central teams, creating collateral in-house or where required liaising with design agency.
To ensure all branding and design meets ownership standards.
To create inspirational content for social media messaging.
To plan, optimise and manage the posting of social media content across all channels
To manage image library ensuring all images are up-to-date
To assist with photo shoots as required.
To distribute the PR clippings and press releases for the 3 hotels on a weekly basis; and print and file the clippings.
To assist in arranging client/media/agent events where required.
To champion internal communication platform (yammer) and provide training where required across central team and three hotels.
To monitor social and digital trends in the travel and luxury industry.
