In this collaboration between our Sommelier, Gregory Mutambe and Sushi Chef, Sarawut Sukkowplang, you will be exposed to all the intricacies and surprises when partnering Sushi with Sake. Our five course dinner in The Café Grill, will reveal the versatility of Sake when served at the right temperature, with the perfect food pairing.

Easter Sunday Harvest Table

Easter Sunday Lunch in Azure Restaurant and the Atlantic Marquee, is the ideal place to spend your day with family and friends. Executive Chef, Christo Pretorius has put together a seasonal spread with starters, a hot and cold buffet and carvery selection and an Easter-licious choice of desserts. There’s a jumping castle and an Easter Egg Hunt for kids.

Easter High Tea
20th - 21st April 2019
After a visit from the Easter Bunny, our legendary High Tea completes the magic of the holiday weekend. Tea will be served table-side on three-tiered tea stands, in the Leopard Bar and The Conservatory. The tea stands will be topped up as you go along.
