When asked for their memories of The Twelve Apostles, guests are hard-pressed to choose between the magic of the glorious Atlantic sunsets or the kindness of our staff. Luckily, the two go hand-in-hand. While you watch the sunset from a striped terrace lounger, we'll be at your side with cocktails, cool drinks, or tasty snacks. Whatever you want, we'll arrange it for you. That's how life is at the Twelve Apostles.

From the complimentary drink that awaits your arrival to the free transfers to Camps Bay and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, from 08h00 to 20h00 you always feel at home. Your stay includes a full South African breakfast and use of the Sanctuary Spa, (voted best spa resort in Africa) which boasts of hydrotherapy pools, a sauna and flotation tank.

And when the day's over, you retire to a room or suite of elegant luxury. Each one is unique; each is decorated in relaxed, soothing colours for airy, daytime coolness and cosy, night-time intimacy.

Children love the 12A too. As do our guests' pets. Young or old, two-legged or four-legged, we make a fuss of everyone. Nothing is too much trouble – we'll even rustle up a bowl of popcorn or other treats for you to enjoy in our private 16-seater cinema.

The award winning Sanctuary Spa will be closed for a week from the 29th of June 2009 to the 05th of July 2009 inclusive for a soft refurbishment and annual maintenance.

Hotel guests can still have treatments in their room and in the outdoor gazebos during the scheduled closure and the list of treatments is available on request.

We apologise for the inconvenience however the closure is required to maintain the pristine condition and service standards for which the Sanctuary Spa is known.
