SANCTUARY SPA POLICY AND REGULATIONS

Sanctuary Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
5 hours advanced notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling, after which 50% of the treatment/s will be charged for.
Late arrivals will have their treatment times reduced accordingly.

Prices are subject to change.

We regret that children under 16 years cannot be accommodated in the Sanctuary Spa

Spa Safety Regulations
Please take care when walking on the glass staircase and around the pool area as the floor may be slippery.

Please secure all valuables in your locker. Locker keys should be kept with you at all times.

Use of the Inner Sanctuary
An excellent way to speed up the metabolism and relieve some aching muscles!
Please enquire at Spa Reception should your booked treatment not include this additional facility. We will be happy to add this to your appointment, allowing you maximum enjoyment and benefit whilst at the Sanctuary.

The flotation pool is excellent for stress relief and we advise you to start with a 15-20 minute session. We provide swimming goggles and earplugs for your convenience.

After a session in the floatation pool, please use the shower downstairs to wash off  the remaining salt residue, before using the other pools.

The best way to speed up the metabolism is to alternate use of the sauna, cold plunge pool and warm rock pool.

We advise drinking lots of water to avoid dehydration. Bottled water is available throughout the Spa.

Oat baked crunchies, muffins and whole fruit are available in the buffet area.

Dress Code
Swimming costumes must be worn at all times when using the spa facilities
Please wear the gowns and slippers provided in your spa locker.
The Sanctuary has a strictly “no nudity” policy.

Etiquette
No alcoholic beverages or smoking are permitted.
Please enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Sanctuary and respect your fellow clients.
