The Red Carnation Hotel Collection appoints esteemed General Manager at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa

Red Carnation, one of the most celebrated family-run boutique hotel collections for service excellence in the world, is delighted to announce the appointment of Horst W Frehse, one of South Africa's most esteemed and experienced hoteliers, as the new General Manager of its five star hotel in Cape Town, The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, South Africa.

With over 30 years of experience in the hotel industry, including 27 years at the helm of some of the world's most famous hotels in South Africa, Horst has earned the reputation as a world-class operator and much loved leader. Drawing from his 15 year association with the distinguished Relais & Châteaux Association, including international Board membership for six years and as Delegate/Chairman for Southern & East Africa & The Indian Ocean Islands, his governing principles of highly personalised service and standards make him the perfect match for Red Carnation Hotels.

Horst is warmly welcomed by the Red Carnation family and will begin on the 1st February 2011.
