We were very impressed with the professionalism your dedicated team has. To cut it short - we'll be back very soon.
Mr Schibler, Johannesburg
I started my Hospitality career washing pots and pans in an Italian Restaurant where the Chef Proprietor took the time to show me how to cook Octopus. I enjoy cooking still today and my wife, Christine, reckons I may possibly be the best chef ever! I am a very keen golfer with a handicap of 12 and have an interest in South African wines and Anglo Boer War history.
My role at the Twelve Apostles Hotel is to ensure that your home away from home exceeds your expectations and that the memories you take back with you will forever remain special to you.
The Twelve Apostles team are all special and share equally in an overriding believe that there is in fact no request to large and no detail too small for anybody.
I look forward to welcoming you to the 12Apostles Hotel and Spa soon.

I joined the team at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in 2002 as a
Switchboard Operator and soon progressed to Assistant Front Office
Manager. As we are a member of Red Carnation Hotels, I was given the opportunity to travel abroad in July 2004 and work in the five-star Milestone Hotel as Reception Manager. After 18 months and a great deal of experience, home was calling, and I returned to The Twelve Apostles Hotel as Front Office Manager and Virtuoso Liaison Manager. My team and I look forward to welcoming you to the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in the future.

I started at the Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa in June 2003 as a Student from the Cape Town Hotel School. After 8 months I was transferred to The Rubens at the Palace Hotel in London, a 4-star Red Carnation Hotel, as a receptionist. In the two years that I was in London, I was promoted to Night Manager of The Rubens Hotel and of Hotel 41. As all South Africans know, the Travelbug bites for a while, but you always long for home. In early 2006 I returned to sunny Cape Town as the Concierge Team Leader at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, taking care of guest demands from tours of Cape Town to requests for Bengal Tigers.
