Award-winning musical Cats back in Cape Town

This November will see people sampling luxury South Africa hotel accommodation treated to an award-winning production featuring music composed by Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Cats is returning to South Africa from November 29th with shows at the Montecasino Teatro and the Artscape Opera House, which is just under ten kilometres from Cape Town boutique hotel The Twelve Apostles.

Since it hit the West End in 1981, Cats has gone on to entertain audiences around the world having been translated into more than 20 languages including Dutch, Japanese, German, Norwegian and Italian.

The original South African production, which hit the stage eight years ago, makes a return to the city with a new generation of talented South African performers eager to impress.

According to Peter Felman of Artslink.co.za, the show offers "purrfect entertainment for today's generation… it will blow you away".

Combined with the celebration package available at The Twelve Apostles, the show promises to make visits to Cape Town an entertaining affair during the winter months.
