By booking the Dinner and a Movie package, visitors can look forward to complimentary use of the CINE 12, with staff serving popcorn, chocolate and ice cream, as well as beautiful accommodation, a full English breakfast each day and a three-course dinner.

A host of top-class Hollywood blockbusters will be available for all to see, but there is also an opportunity to see local and international documentary films from people they may not have heard of but who have many talents nonetheless.

The Encounters International Documentary Festival is the only event of its kind which provides a platform for factual productions to shine, with screenings, panels and workshops for fans and budding filmmakers.

Founded in 1999, the showcase also boasts a film laboratory, which gives people the opportunity to learn from experienced directors.

As well as watching many documentaries, visitors can also mingle with them, finding out more about them, their films and their visions for the future, while there will be the chance to join in debates and discussions on various genres and topics.
