Pick out items for your big day in South Africa

Next month brides and grooms will be heading to the Cape Town International Centre to pick out an array of items for their wedding day at the Bridal Expo.

The event will see suppliers gather at the venue from May 9th to 10th, meaning couples can get all the items they need in one place.

On display will be wedding cakes, dresses, photographers, jewellery, invitations and flower specialists.

Each day the event will open at 09:00 local time and close at 05:30 on the Saturday and 05:00 on the Sunday.

The bridal fair is held biannually, with a spring show allowing ladies a second chance to pick items for their big day, while they can also choose the venue itself at the fair.

People wanting to relax after a hard day of choosing and getting excited about their upcoming nuptials can get a room at the Twelve Apostles.

While there, they can check out the hotel as a potential venue for their honeymoon, with the Twelve Apostles offering the To The Nines package.
