Taste buds will be tingling in Cape Town next month when a host of BBC and international chefs do what they do best and cook dishes which people will be climbing over themselves to get at.

Food lovers really will be in heaven.

The Good Food and Wine Show will be South Africa's first culinary exposition, displaying the talents of internationally-acclaimed cooks such as Ainsley Harriott and Bryan Turner and those of its own brilliant kitchen wizards.

Anything and everything to do with food will be in the convention centre, with book signings, organic produce and hands-on workshops for those keen to learn how the best do it.

The wine is sure to flow and the food fly off the plates at this celebration of cooking and the joy it brings.

Yet the fun will not stop there for guests at the luxury Cape Town hotel the 12 Apostles.
