In its award-winning restaurant, its extensive wine list created by one of the world’s best sommeliers, diners are assured of a gastronomic delight. As a member of Relais and Chateaux it accommodates a wonderful three AA Rosette restaurant.

We are now recruiting a Demi Chef de Partie to complete our kitchen team. As Demi Chef de Partie you will be assisting in running a section within the kitchen, be constructive in new menu creation and supervise junior staff members.

The successful Demi Chef de Partie will have previous experience in a AA Rosette or Michelin restaurant along with a degree in food preparation or equivalent. You will also have a passion for cooking and be eager to progress within the company.
