The kitchen team is searching for a chef to join the brigade. The ideal candidate should preferably have room service experience or spent time working as a larder chef in a similar operation. You must have the ability to display a talent for cooking a variety of cuisine, especially classical.
The F&B operation in this establishment concentrates mostly on room service. We have a promising new position for a reliable and dedicated chef, with a minimum of two years experience. You will have a good knowlegde of HACCP. You will also be able to cost dishes and create and prepare new menus while managing a small team.
Those who wish to progress will have the opportunity to do so within our collection of four and five star deluxe hotels in London.
