Hotel: The Chesterfield Mayfair

The Chesterfield Hotel is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic professional who is looking for a Commis Chef position with a company offering fantastic growth and development opportunities.
Key responsibilities of the Commis Chef will include:
• assisting Chefs in the everyday running of their sections
• assisting in the preparation of menu items
• ensuring that all kitchen stations are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
The ideal candidate for the Commis Chef should have:
• previous experience in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star Hotel or fine dinning restaurant
• good Health and Safety and Food Hygiene awareness
• good knowledge of using a wide range of kitchen equipments
• communicate effectively in English
• be positive, proactive, reliable and have a flexible attitude
